Joan Wheal Blank will be presenting a program at the next meeting of the Muncy Historical Society, 40 North Main Street, Muncy, this Sunday, Sept. 14, at 2:30 p.m.The program will be a past and present photographic tour of the Tri-Town area - Hughesville, Muncy, and Montgomery - using current photos of a variety of homes and businesses and contrasting them with images of the 
same locations as they appeared during the early 1900s.
same locations as they appeared during the early 1900s. The vintage photos that you will see appeared in the postcard history books Around Hughesville and Around Montgomery, which were written by Joan. Vintage images of Muncy were provided by Robin Van Auken, the author of the book Muncy.
Come early for tours of the museum; 
refreshments will be served following the program. The society will have copies of the postcard history books available for sale.
